Welcome to LagosBabe. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LagosBabe app, website, and the AI chat assistant known as AI Nike. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LagosBabe, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms;
• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country, if higher);
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
• You agree to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use LagosBabe.

2. Eligibility (18+ Only)

LagosBabe is strictly intended for adults. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are used by minors.

3. Nature of AI Nike (AI, Not Human)

AI Nike is an artificial intelligence chat system that generates responses based on patterns in data. AI Nike:

• Is not a human being and has no emotions, consciousness, or personal opinions;
• Cannot form romantic, emotional, or personal relationships;
• Provides responses that may be imperfect, incomplete, or inaccurate;
• Is intended only for conversational, informational, and entertainment purposes.

3.1 Mental Health and Crisis Situations

LagosBabe and AI Nike cannot detect emergencies or provide crisis intervention. If you are in distress, experiencing a mental health crisis, or considering self-harm, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services immediately.

4. Your Account

4.1 Account Creation

To use LagosBabe, you may need to create an account with a valid email address or other allowed credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date account information;
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential;
• Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4.2 Responsibility for Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any content you generate or share while using AI Nike.

5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Behaviour

You agree not to use LagosBabe or AI Nike to:

• Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation;
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or defame others;
• Promote hate, violence, discrimination, or extremism;
• Request or generate content involving minors in any sexual or exploitative context;
• Share or request explicit illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
• Engage in fraud, scams, impersonation, or misleading behaviour;
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service;
• Generate content that violates third-party rights (e.g. copyright, trademark, privacy);
• Misrepresent AI Nike’s outputs as coming from a real human without clear disclosure.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You may provide prompts, messages, or other content while using AI Nike. You remain responsible for the content you input and how you choose to use the responses.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

Responses generated by AI Nike are produced algorithmically. You may often use AI-generated content for personal purposes, but:

• We do not guarantee the originality or uniqueness of AI-generated content;
• You must ensure your use complies with applicable laws and platform rules;
• You must not use AI outputs to deceive, impersonate real people, or cause harm.

6.3 Use of Content for Service Improvement

By using LagosBabe, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs and AI Nike outputs for the purposes of:

• Providing and improving the service;
• Maintaining safety, security, and abuse detection;
• Developing and refining AI models (in anonymized or aggregated form).

7. Payments, Plans, and Billing

LagosBabe may offer free and paid plans, including monthly subscriptions or in-app purchases. Paid features, limits, and prices may be displayed in the app.

• All payments are handled by the applicable app store or payment processor (e.g., Google Play).
• We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• Except where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable.

7.1 Plan Changes and Availability

We may modify our plans, prices, or features over time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of significant changes, for example via in-app notification or email.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that LagosBabe or AI Nike will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

• We may suspend or limit access temporarily for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.
• We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service where necessary.

9. Disclaimers

LagosBabe and AI Nike are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content;
• Fitness of AI outputs for any particular purpose (medical, legal, financial, etc.);
• Non-infringement or reliability of the service at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LagosBabe and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of LagosBabe;
• Any decisions you make or actions you take based on AI Nike’s responses.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to LagosBabe at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in abusive or illegal behaviour.

You may stop using LagosBabe at any time, and you can request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the app. By continuing to use LagosBabe after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
